Custom items such as snow globe tumblers, personalized cups, and lid toppers may require additional time depending on customization requests.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional production time before shipping. We will begin creating your order after customization details are confirmed.

Digital Products

Items listed as digital downloads (such as 3D print files) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
