Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, most items are not eligible for returns. This includes:

  • Custom snow globe tumblers

  • Personalized cups

  • Custom color combinations

  • Made-to-order items

  • Digital downloads (3D print files)

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (STL, 3MF, or other files) are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

Once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
